P.E hurr durr (Final report)

As of late, I have been increasingly attracted to your magnificent hair. So shiny!!!11!1:D
On a different note, P.E. is a class. Therefore, I must get a mark for my progress, skill, participation, etc.
And a joke: A man walks into a bar, then gets a concussion and dies. You know, like a metal bar.
During the the school year, I have been getting increasingly fit. However, I have been detecting problems with my feet, which tend to hurt a lot. But, that is barely a problem and I can go run without too much a problem because really, did pain ever hurt anyone? NO. Because it is bread. (Pain is French for bread)
Now, I have just realized that this report is supposed to achieve something, so I might get to the point (maybe)
Based upon Neuf's policy about physical evidence, I must disagree. This may be a lesson to convey that you must gather physical evidence to persuade people, however, a student and a teacher have a certain bond. A bond of trust. If one doesn't have trust another, what keeps them from being a stranger?
A degree? Yes, of course. However, one tends to have a better connection if they are connecting to the person, not a degree qualifying them to teach.
As for me, I do not have any physical evidence supporting what I am saying. You will have to TRUST me and recall past observations. Sports, games, whatever. I will do as told. I will enjoy everything EXCEPT fitness, but I will always put in a honest effort. Linguistics take priority over everything while I write these. So if I trail off, it is because I saw a squirrel.
Blame the squirrel pl0x.

Midterm Report; Mr. Vaughan is cool

I would like to raise two points: for one, potatoes are technically vegetables, and second, Active Learning has been enjoyable so far. with the exception of fitness on unofficial days, as I go to extra measures to ensure enough energy. Going to bed early, eating complex carbohydrates, etc., so I don't falter in my fitness abilities. However, this all goes out the window when there is a fitness on *ahem* Thursday *ahem*. I forgot to open with a joke: Why happened when tragedy struck the whale's family? They began to wail. Anyway, the fitness routine is simple for me: dread it, do it, hurt myself. Repeat. As for sports, I don't really have muscles, so that is something that is something to gain, perhaps. As for conclusions, this isn't official, so-

d.giroux Active Learning Reflection

1. During PE this year, how have you shown you are prepared and willing to participate 
in a variety of activities?  On what days have you participated to your best effort and 
why?  What days have been a struggle for you and why?

2. How do you contribute to the overall success of the class?  What kind of attitude do 
you bring and why?  How do you interact with other students in our class?

3. Describe your participation during fitness days - have you been able to push yourself 
physically?  What types of fitness activities do you enjoy the most?  What fitness 
goals do you have for the rest of the year? 

4. What does "leadership" mean to you?  Who are the best leaders in our class - why?

5. What improvements would you like to make in PE by the end of the year?  What are 
you the most proud of so far?

6. Finally, what letter grade A, B, C+, C, C- (gulp) best represents the effort you just described?

1. During AL, I have always participated to the extent of my body. My weak feet and knees have provided 
limitations, but lately they have been getting worse, especially my left foot. Anyways, I will push myself farther than most, and usually will only stop or slow if I'm going to collapse of pain or exhaustion, on most days. On occasion I'm just out of it, a sleep deprived, hungry Active Learner whom has trouble standing up.
It is these days that I am unable to perform, but I will still try, I just won't be able to nearly reach my usual speed or endurance.

2. While in AL, I try my best to retain a positive attitude and not complain much. Some days this works. Some days. Some days, like I said, I'm out of it, and will complain about the exertion choice of Fitness. Come to think of it, usually even on my dark days, I will be able to do sports, or whatever is cooked up. But like with pretty much the whole class, the dark days will form complaints and slow or otherwise halt our pace.

3. Ah, Fitness. The dreaded day. Some refer to it as "sucking", but I know it's for the better of our body.
Most days all that matters is survival for us couch potatoes. It's hard to go hard, to go fast for the 40 minute run, I can't even manage to run for the full 40 minutes. I've only managed 20 minutes in the Obstacle Course.
I can feel myself getting stronger per each Fitness, not immediate, but over time. Perhaps soon I'll be able to run the whole thing. My favorite Fitness is either the Community Run, as you can run at your own pace, and see the sights, or maybe the Obstacle Course do to the extra things you get to do, so it's not just boring running with nothing to do but exert yourself. My least favorite Fitness is either Insanity, or The Sully Locomotion, named after a train of some sort for some reason (sorry Vaughn) Insanity becomes so much like Yoga that a lot of people can't even do it. The Locomotion, well, every time I do it, I pull my Hamstrings, then there is also to consider that there are too many people doing it at once, so there always seems to be a fair amount of collisions.

4.  Leadership means able to motivate a large or small group into doing something together. Jared helps because every time we do something wrong, he'll correct us. In addition, Jared is always kind and in look for a conversation of sorts. And of course, you guys, the teachers. You aspire us to victory, and always push us past our limits, which is a bit of an ignorance of our bodies of sorts, (we aren't as fit as you) but majority trying to get us to get the maximum benefit of Fitness or whatever we're doing.

5. What I really want to be able to do is substantially improve the strength of my lungs and heart, so I can spend less time taking (well needed) breaks, and spend more time running. I think I'm on the right track, as I can spend more time running than my previous. This alone, is a small victory.

6. I'd think of this as a B. I put in all I can handle, try to aspire others to victory, (some times fail, as I too, am grumpy) and genuinely attempt a positive attitude that I retain most of time, the exception being sleep deprived or hungry. Take all of this into consideration as you are making my final grade. May the Force be with you.
